Caña de lomo de cebo ibérico 'Pefrán Herencia'
Whole noble piece marinated according to the traditional recipe with paprika, salt, garlic and oregano. The cured product has a pinkish to purplish-red colour when cut and a shiny, marbled appearance due to the infiltrated fat, which makes it very juicy.
